Last night we went to the fair. Oh man, did we have a great time. We saw "moos", "baas", "oinks", "neighs" and "ruffs". We had barbecue ribs, and funnel cake. It was so much fun, we can't wait until next year, even though it was hot. Daddy said it was about 95 with 95% humidity, and we went at 7:00pm. Of course I liked looking at the animals, I didn't get to close though, but my favorite was looking at and riding the tractors, and Marianna's was looking at the girl in her red balloon.

I'm glad that you had so much fun at the county fair!! We LOVE going to ours in Sept. We are usually there for about 9-10 hours! Maybe you can enter something next year. The kids and I like to have a friendly contest in fudge and decorated chocolate candies. We are in three different sections. They enjoy beating me. Besides the food items, Erika will be entering a Christmas ornament and her pin collection. I may enter my Muppet collection.
Several years ago, they stopped people from sitting on the tractors which is sad as they make for fun pictures.

I loved looking at your fair pictures. We, too, went to our county fair and had a great time, but we did not take the camera. This past Friday we went to the Indiana State Fair which is always WONDERFUL! The kids had a blast, but were very tired after 7 hours in the terrible heat!
