It was my birthday yesterday, and on Friday I had my first birthday. It was a pool party, and around 30 people came with me to celebrate. I know I had a lot of fun, when everyone was singing I kept looking around to see what was all the big fuss about, and it was all about me. I got really nice gifts too, I got a new baby doll, a rocking giraffe, a big puzzle, and a swing of my very own. I can't wait until daddy hooks it up for me. I sure did sleep well that night.

Sounds like you had a fun and exciting birthday party! Erika had her last birthday party at the Brookdale Lodge pool. It's a indoor/heated pool (important for a December birthday).
