Snow-Cream

Awhile ago, I found a recipe for SnowCream. It looked simple enough, but the only problem was that we didn't have any snow, so I shrugged it off. Well after two blizzards in a row, we have plenty of snow...and so after dinner we all made snow cream.

The only problem was that we ran out of milk, and so we used a little bit of chocolate coffee creamer instead. The kids loved it, and Frank and I were both surprised that it tasted okay too. Frankie asked if we could have snow cream for his birthday party...judging by our back yard we will be able to have it for 4th of July.
